Manufacturing Process
At Shradha Forge, we specialize in manufacturing components in steel
and metal by using advanced forging techniques. We use custom forging:
impression die forging, closed die forging, drop forging, press
forging, and hammer forging to produce metal component parts for
original equipment manufacturers (OEM). SF provides both forged and
finished parts for less than 45 pounds (20 Kg) in weight. Our production
units i.e. presses, rollers and hammers provide flexibility to produce
metallurgically sound forgings. An on-site certified heat treating
facility provides normalizing, tempering, quenching and annealing
capabilities for post-forging treatment to meet strength, hardness and
machinability specifications. Other manufacturing process includes part
cleaning processes, metallurgical testing and certification, rust
prevention coating, magnetic particle inspection, hardness testing,
coining and straightening.
